Energy supplier E:ON announced that it is putting up its gas prices by 18.1 per cent and electricity prices by 11.4 per cent from September for 4.4million of its 5million customers.
But don’t worry, because Graham (its managing director of energy solutions) has recorded a handy YouTube video and answered questions on its for an hour. Phew what a relief!
